Fewer reports. Earlier decisions.

Store, category and SKU performance from one data foundation — like-for-like growth, sell-through, shrink, markdown and store profitability, reviewed on a weekly cycle that changes something.

The problem

Retail is the most data-rich sector and the most report-saturated. Adding another dashboard rarely changes a decision; agreeing which ten numbers are reviewed weekly, by whom, usually does.

The value is in the loop, not the visualisation: a slow line identified on Monday and repriced on Wednesday is worth more than a perfect monthly report.

Agree the ten numbers that matter.

We run the definition workshop first, then build only the views your buyers and store managers will act on.
