We do not hand out specifications to be followed without question. Every role here is expected to challenge the brief when the brief is wrong — and to say why.
You will write
Every decision is documented. Clarity in writing is a hiring criterion for every role, not a nice-to-have for some of them.
You will say no
We expect our people to tell a client — or us — when something should not proceed. That is part of the job description, whatever the role.
