WMS / 3PL
The problem
A 3PL warehouse holds stock it does not own, for clients who each define availability differently. Ownership, condition and location have to be separable, or a single count discrepancy becomes a commercial dispute.
Inventory accuracy is not a reporting metric. It is the number that decides whether a client trusts the portal — and whether they call the account manager every morning.
